Problem with *.MOV files from Iphone via Mac to PC, MOV files from IPhone -> Mac -> PC -> Problem

Hello

After some trouble with my PC not connecting the camera folder to the PC, I passed through a MacBook Pro which let me connect the IPhone (7) and I made a backup of the Phone on the Mac ... copied then the files to my PC ... allready the images were in HEIC format and I had to convert the files to PNG ... but the MOV files copied on the PC don't display any video just a music note ... even though the videos on the MAC show correct ...

Looks like MOV on MAC is not equal MOV on PC ?

Any suggestions about that ?

Any idea how to connect Iphone to PC again ? Whats wrong with the new ITunes or the new IOS ?
