Bonjour à tous,

Quelqu'un peut il décripter ce message de mon mac? Je ne parle pas la langue .
J'ai vu d'autre post sur ce genre de panic, mais je n'ai pas trouvé de "rapport" similaire.

Je suis sous Snow léopard, mon imac se fige et annonce "you need to restart your computer".
J'ai démarré en vidant la ram et fait le test hardware: tout OK, mais les plantages continuent, le mac ne reste pas allumé plus de 30 min... Pas de chaleur notable qui indiquerait la mort d'un ventillo.

Merci d'avance pour votre aide précieuse! Je précise au cas où ca ne se verrait pas que je suis un peu nulle, j’espère comprendre vos contributions, svp faites comme si vous parliez à un gosse de 10 ans!!!!

Après, les KP sont aussi souvent dues à de la RAM défectueuse.

Sous Snow ça se fait à la main, tu trouveras comment procéder ici:

Edit: installe istat menu (se place en barre de menu) ou istat pro (se place en widget) pour surveiller les températures CPU etc. et vérifier la RAM ou l'utilisation CPU, tu peux aussi voir ces dernières ressources via moniteur d'activité.

Barre de menu/aller à utilitaires/Moniteur...
