Mise a jour El Captain

Bonjour à tous ,

Il m’est impossible de mettre a jour de la version 10.11.1 vers la 10.11.6!
Lors du redemarrage le Mac bloque sur un écran de noir avec une barre de progression quo ne bouge pas et le message:
Installing Software Upadate: About 30 minutes
J’ai essayé en Connexion Wifi et Filaire
FileVault n’est pas activé

Quelqu’un aurait-il une idee?

Il faut peut être patienter un peu.
Sinon as-tu une sauvegarde Time Machine?
Si oui, tu peux tenter une clean install puis récupérer tes données depuis l'assistant de migration.
Pour ce faire il faut télécharger la version complète d'El Capitan puis créer une clé de démarrage.

Il faut patienter "un certain temps" (à priori 30mn).
Ça arrive sur des bécane ancienne. Est-ce le cas ?

Combo update ... vaut mieux l'utiliser selon moi.

10.11.1 -> 10.11.6 c'est quasiment la Combo sans les avantages.
L'installeur de cette mise à jour doit d'abord analyser le système en place, définir ce qui doit être remplacé, le télécharger, décompresser et l'installer.

Suivant la bécane (CPU, RAM, DDI) et la connexion à Internet, ça peut durer une certain temps voire un temps certain. Compter 30 à 45 minutes.

Si oui, tu peux tenter une clean install puis récupérer tes données depuis l'assistant de migration.
Pour ce faire il faut télécharger la version complète d'El Capitan puis créer une clé de démarrage.

Pas besoin de clé USB d'installation bootable ni d'assistant de migration.
Il suffit de démarrer sur la HD-Recovery, ensuite avec Utilitaire disque, formater la partition système puis lancer la re-installation.
Lorsque l'installeur le demande, importer comptes et données depuis la sauvegarde (Time Machine, clone)

Bonjour ,

Merci de vos retours.
Pour répondre , le mac est un récent je l’ai acheté en 2016 neuf écran rétina....
Je l’utilise très peu donc pas bcp de chose à analyser.
Niveau connexion est assez bonne mais ce n’est pas la fibre.
Je l’avais déjà tenté cette MAJ en le laissant une semaine comme ca , sans changement.
Je me suis dit que j’allais retenter mais idem depuis hier , pas d’avancement.

Pas trop le courage de tout réinstaller avec la nouvelle version El Captan.
J’ai un clone de mon disque sur hdd externe mais pas de sauvegarde Time machine.

Est ce qu’en passant par OS X Sierra cela va tout remettre a zéro ?
Car pour formater dans ce cas je préfère le faire pour monter de version.


Et qu’est ce que Combo Update?

Tu peux dire quel modèle exact?
dans le terminal (Applications/Utilitaires) tu passes la commande :
sysctl hw.model
et tu donnes le résultat.

Elle t'installe la version 10.11.6 en te remettant les fichiers au propre sans toucher à tes données en gros.
Ça n'empêche qu'il faut que tu sauvegardes d'abord pour éviter les emmerdes !

Et est-il possible de passer par une combo de El Captan vers Hight Sierra directement ?
Sinon oui je vais faire cela , je ne connaissais pas ce système de MAJ Combo (Je n'en vois que des avantages , ça met à jour vraiment au propre et ça ne touche pas aux données ni app , que demander de mieux lol )

Pour information J'ai trouvé les Logs historiques
Effectivement quelques messages d'erreur , diverses tentatives de décompression de fichiers .....
En milieu de cette nuit il y a ceci comme message :
softwareupdated[398]: BackgroundActivity: Not starting background actions because 1 foreground transaction(s) exist
Comme je disais j'ai déjà tenté cette MAJ disons 3 fois en tout.

Une mise à jour Combo est une version complète de la mise à jour. Il n'empèche que si les mises à jour "classiques ne passent pas, il y a peu de chances que la MAJ Combo passe, mais il faut tenter.
Ensuite si tu as un clone opérationnel de ton install actuelle (il faut que tu puisses démarrer avec) tu pourras sans soucis récupérer tes données en cas d'install Sierra ou High Sierra.

Par contre quelle est la taille mémoire installée et la configuration disque?
Si tu ne sais pas trop, terminal :

diskutil list
et
sysctl hw.memsize

Et tu fais un copier/coller des résultats entre balises Codes (en cliquant sur l'icône de droite en dessous de la ligne "Polices" que tu trouves au dessus de la fenêtre de saisie dans le forum).

Cela permettra de déterminer si High Sierra fonctionnera sans soucis sur ton mac.

Déjà tu as 8 Go de mémoire et un HDD "classique".
Ça risque d'être un peu just pour High Sierra. En effet la mémoire ne peut pas être upgradée et sera toujours limitée à 8 Go.
Ensuite un HDD ne sera pas très véloce.

Je te conseille, si tu veux passer à High Sierra de te procurer un SSD monté dans un boitier USB3 UASP et là ça passera pour mettre le système et utiliser le 1 To pour les données.
C'est ce que j'ai fait sur un iMac fin 2013 et j'en suis très content.

Ensuite pour tes mises à jour, tu peux tenter ceci :
Tu stoppes AppStore et tu vides le caches ainsi avec le terminal :

rm -rf $TMPDIR/../C/com.apple.appstore

Puis tu relances le Mac et tu redemandes la mise à jour.

Je viens de tester cette nuit et Idem.
La barre de progression reste au début.
Par contre au lieu d'avoir cette phrase:
Installing Software Upadate: About 30 minutes
J'ai :
Installing Software Upadate
Surement en effaçant les fichiers Temp.

C'est dingue , un mac tout neuf presque pas servi et ça bug à la 1ere MAJ!!

Je vais tenter sur un autre Mac un peu plus vieux Modèle iMac11,1
J'ai mis la meme version de El Captan dessus.
Je vais essayer de le passer en 10.11.6

Pour information les MAJ des autres Apps passent sans problème.

Tente de télécharger et installer la MAJ Combo pour voir : https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1885?locale=fr_FR

Sinon tu peux tenter la mise à jour en passant par le mode sans échecs (appuis sur la touche MAJ lors du boot).

C’est assez bizarre car j’ai installé un clone du Mac récent sur ces 2 derniers appareils.
Ils sont tous au même niveau après pas la même génération.

Le mode sans échecs sur Mac n'efface rien du tout.
Simplement il s'agit d'un démarrage "basic" sans les drivers. Donc assez lent et peu réactif, mais opérationnel.

Accessoirement, le démarrage en mode sans échec vide les caches (pas d'incidence sur tes données mais un redémarrage un peu plus lent le temps de les reconstruire), ce qui peut remettre d'aplomb un éventuel fichier corrompu.

(Ça peut aussi servir en cas de problème de carte graphique puisque s'il y a une carte dédiée et une puce intégrée, le démarrage se fera avec cette dernière.)

En même temps on ne sait pas de quel(s) modèle(s) de Macbook il s'agit, il y a eu plusieurs générations.

C'est à partir du Macbook Unibody fin 2008 qui accepte 10.11.6 maxi, les générations en dessous c'est Lion 10.7.5 maxi.

jai un mac os x sous snow lГ©opard 10,6,8 et je narrive plus Г  faire de tГ©lГ©chargement. Si je souhaite tГ©lГ©charger une mise Г  jour dadobe je clique pour tГ©lГ©charger et ensuite cela seffectue sur une page grise. auparavant lors dun tГ©lГ©chargement le fichier se trouvait dans tГ©lГ©chargement et je cela se passait correctement. jai Г©galement Г©tГ© sur le site apple pour faire des mises Г  jours et mГЄme situtation, une page grise foncГ©e et rien ne se passe.

Vous avez un problème de lisibilité du au accents du clavier.
Evitez donc ce sera mieux.
Quel type de Mac (année, processeur, etc...)?
Le disque dur est peut-être plein ?
